I like the colours and how the colours in the sky are reflected in the water and the beach itself. The land off into the distance adds a bit more depth to things and I like how there is strength in the pebbles on the beach too.
The composition is an interesting one... I'm not sure if I like it, as such, as I feel you could have followed the rule of thirds instead, but what you have here works with the piece regardless, I think.

Actually the horizon is more or less one third from the top / two thirds from the bottom ?
